Cancellation & Refund Policy
YESYEMTEE ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within an hour after purchasing the service. However, requests may not be accepted if the service has already been activated or initiated.
Due to the intangible nature of digital services, refunds will not be offered for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
In case of technical issues or service malfunction, please report them promptly to our customer service team within 24 hours of encountering the problem. The team will work with you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the issue cannot be resolved internally, we may need to involve the service provider/platform to assess the problem. This may take additional time depending on their investigation process. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method.
